Rules and Policies

To help us serve you better, we have a few rules to go by. Please read the following carefully:

FREE membership. Free gift for each new member family. You must be 18 years of age to be a member. For your protection, you must present your membership card to rent a video. Your first membership card is FREE. Replacement cards are only $1.00.

Rent Saturday - Get Sunday FREE. Must be returned Monday to qualify.

Rent 3 - Get 1 FREE. To get your FREE video, it must be rented at the same time as the first three. No rain checks. The least expensive video is your FREE video. Video is FREE for first day only - never when returned late.

We do take reservations. If there is a video you would like, please let us know and we will be happy to check for the next available date. Reservations can not be guaranteed. If you do not pick up your reservation, you will still be charged for the rental.

All videos are due back by 6:00pm the following day. A late charge will be assessed on all videos which are overdue. All late charges must be paid in cash upon return. If you can't return your videos on time, please give us a call. Late charges are the same price as the 1 day rental price, except there are no free rental specials when late. The only one who can void a late charge is the manager. If you believe there is a mistake in billing, you should discuss this with the manager as soon as possible. Kingdom Coins are for the 1st day rental only and may not be used for late fees.

Other restrictions may apply. All terms and conditions subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the management of the Video Kingdom. Read your rental contract carefully.
